Muzzy’s Custom Workshop Warranty Conditions Returns Policy and Warranty on any new weapons or accessories In the unlikely event that your new Airsoft weapon or accessory purchased from MCW are faulty then please contact us immediately and a repaired or replacement product will be dispatched to you as soon as the originally purchased goods are returned and confirmed to be faulty by our engineers. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DISASSEMBLE ANY PRODUCTS YOURSELF, AS DOING SO WILL INVALIDATE YOUR WARRANTY. No refunds will be given on any product that has been damaged from carelessness or misuse. Some guns (e.g. Classic Army Sportline value packs) come as packages with chargers and batteries etc. These items are to be considered 'freebies', and as such are not covered under warranty conditions. Guns that are modified for VCRA compliance or guns that have a custom paint job cannot be returned under the normal returns policy. If a gun is faulty in any way it can be returned as detailed under normal warranty conditions. How do I get my product repaired under its warranty In the unlikely event that an Airsoft product proves faulty within the warranty period (please see for the warranty period of the specific item) due to a manufacturing defect you should contact us immediately. We will then have the problem resolved under the terms of our guarantee. The product must be returned with original proof of purchase. All valid repairs are free of charge for both parts and labour subject to the following conditions: Conditions of the Warranty: The warranty does not cover any the following: · Any
breakages as a result of accidental damage Please note that battery charging times have to be manually calculated and are dependent on the output of the charger. Warranty conditions are only applicable to UK purchases. English law governs these conditions of use and any dispute connected with this site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. IF YOU HAVE ANY DOUBTS ALWAYS CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY The warranty is only valid to cover normal usage (up to approx 50,000 rounds). Our standard warranty period on products is ONE YEAR. For the guns this is not constant; these periods are detailed below. 1 year; ICS AEGs, G&P AEGs, CLASSIC ARMY AEGs, TOKYO MARUI AEGs, MARUZEN spring sniper rifles. 6 months; STAR AEGs, SRC AEGs, ARES AEGs. 3 months; gas powered rifles & pistols excluding WE & KJW/KJ Works, gas grenades. 1 month; All Classic Army Sportline range, China AEGs/rifles, WE & KJW/KJ Works gas powered pistols and rifles, all rechargeable batteries, chargers, bulbs, lasers etc. **Lay-a-way Service Our Lay-a-way service is subject to agreement, we can offer a deferred payment plan over 2, 3, 4 or 6 months duration. Meaning: A payment plan in which a buyer reserves an article of merchandise by placing a deposit with MCW the retailer until the balance is paid in full Deposit required, ranges between 10 to 25% dependant on product value. Minimum product value applies to qualify for Lay-a-way service. minimum £200.00 - 2 month plan. 25%

deposit required over £500.00 - up to 6 month plan. 10% deposit required (Example. Purchase price £300.00, deposit with initial order £60.00, deferred amount £240, three equal payments of £80.00. Total to paid £300.00.) The product once ordered cannot be varied under said arrangement. MCW reserve the right to cancel any such arrangement should the buyer default on any agreed payment plan or stated terms and conditions.. MCW will not return any deposit under this arrangement should the purchasing party decide to cancel any order or by any other way terminate this arrangement through their actions. MCW will remain the owner of any item purchased under a Lay-a-way plan until the final payment and the balance due is paid in full. A signed copy of a Lay-a-way plan is required to be returned to MCW when the deposit has been paid and on initial set up of said arrangement. This will specify, terms and conditions, product to be purchased, price, deposit received, deferred payment duration, dates for payments being due. Payment method. This is not an exhaustive list and is subject to change without notice. MCW reserve the right to withdraw any such arrangement at their own discretion. Payment Conditions MCW accept payment by cash, cheque, pay-pal (includes card payments). Pay-pal attracts a 4% charge (its not us this is a pay-pal fee) All Items will remain the property of MCW until full payment has been received and funds have cleared our bank. Item prices do not include shipping fee, these are charged separately, please ask at point of sale otherwise this will be added post purchase. If paying by cash it is the purchasers responsibility to ensure funds are received by MCW, we accept no responsibility for cash being sent to us . If paying by cheque, MCW will require funds to have cleared within our Bank before item is shipped. |
